As a full-service management company we offer
Tenant Placement
With advertising continually running, we take numerous calls daily to keep our properties fully rented. We require each potential tenant to complete an application, and then follow up to verify their employment, rental history, and credit & criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible.
Regular Property Inspections
Approximately every 90 days, we make a thorough inspection of your unit, both inside and outside. This helps us insure your property is being properly cared for.
Monthly Financial Reporting
Our company is highly efficient. Each month you receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements that have been made. We can provide numerous reports including tenant rental histories, property rental histories, tax information to your accountant, and a host of other reports with the touch of a button
Maintenance Services
To save you money, we use tried and tested tradesmen to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you don’t have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others, nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. Born in England in 1963, Julie established her company to provide high-quality, dedicated service previously lacking in the Barbados market. Known for her direct, solution-driven approach, she excels at resolving complex property challenges. Her meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and unwavering commitment, combined with her Karrass-certified negotiation skills, have earned her a reputation as one of Barbados’s most trusted real estate professionals. Outside of work, Julie is passionate about cooking, creative thinking, and German automobiles.
Lily Dash
As a Director at Hannah Properties, Lily Dash brings extensive experience in real estate law and conveyancing. Her background as an attorney specialising in property transactions ensures strategic legal guidance for all operations, from complex sales to land deals. Lily’s deep understanding of real estate law and legal structuring ensures that every transaction for our clients is safeguarded. At 43, Kirt Trotman brings a wealth of experience and a strong sense of community to his role as Personal Assistant and Rentals Manager at Hannah Properties Ltd., where he has been a valued team member for the past six years. With a solid foundation of nine years in banking and six years as a financial advisor, Kirt combines financial acumen with exceptional organisational skills to deliver outstanding service in property rentals and client support. Kirt is also deeply committed to community development.
